MPY100CM Overview
Its packaging is made up of Tube.In order to maximize cost effectiveness, it is incorporated into the TO-100-10 Metal Can package.The use of 4-Quadrant bits per stage is common.A voltage of 15V is used as the supply voltage for this device.A nominal negative supply voltage is provided for -15V.It is occupied by a modulated radio-frequency signal in the frequency range 0.55MHz.A 10 termination prevents signals from reflecting off the transmission line.Reflow temperature limit NOT SPECIFIED is determined by the component with the lowest temperature tolerance.ANALOG MULTIPLIER OR DIVIDER operates as an analog integrated circuit.It is permitted to operate at a maximum temperature of 85°C.It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage be kept at 20V for normal operation.A minimum operating temperature of -25°C is allowed.The part is a well-known member of the MPY series that is used in a wide range of applications.
