As far as RF Transceiver' mounting is concerned, Surface Mount is adopted.During Transceiver operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family, this part palys an important role in RF Transceiver Module's traget applications.It is possible to supply 3.3V volts to the RF Transceiver.RF Transceiver Modules operate with a frequency of 850MHz, 900MHz, AWS1, 1.8GHz, 1.9GHz Hz.
