MPC941FA Overview


There is a case of LQFP in which it is packaged. Bulk is the form in which it is packaged. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 250MHz. It has 48 terminations. With a voltage of 2.5V, high efficiency is possible. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 48. A 48 pin is used for operation. Temperatures below -40°C are required to keep it reliable. Temperatures below 85°C allow stable operation. The gadget belongs to the 941 family. There is a 2.625V maximum supply voltage set (Vsup). LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is the value of the logic IC used. Normal operation requires a voltage above 2.375V for the supply voltage (Vsup). A power supply of 3.3V volts powers it.
