MPC941FA Overview
There is a case of LQFP in which it is packaged. Bulk is the form in which it is packaged. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 250MHz. It has 48 terminations. With a voltage of 2.5V, high efficiency is possible. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 48. A 48 pin is used for operation.
