MPC8572PXAULB Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in BGA. The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.1V. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. 1.333GHz is the CPU's frequency. Datasheets for 1023 pin functions can be found here. A maximum supply current of 1.155V is available. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. If the temperature is higher than 105°C, the microprocessor should not operate. There are 2 cores in this CPU. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 1.333GHz.
