MPC8535EAVTAQG Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 783-BBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TA. The MPC85xx series contains it. A PowerPC e500 processor powers this CPU. DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has DUART, I2C, MMC/SD, PCI, SPI interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 783. In the case of a 1V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. The maximum supply current is 1.05V. The external data bus width of this CPU is 32. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 783 pins. 133MHz is the clock frequency of the embedded microprocessor.
