MPC8321ECVRAFDCA Overview
Packed in 516-BBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. It comes from the MPC83xx series. This CPU is cored with a PowerPC e300c2 processor. This CPU uses DDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features DUART, I2C, PCI, SPI, TDM, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. There are 516 terminations totally. With a 1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. The supply voltage should not exceed 1.05V. The embedded microprocessor has a clock frequency of 66.67MHz.
