MP9928GF-P Overview
It comes in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4V~60V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
