MP5003EQ-LF-P Overview
The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR).It is included in the package 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad.The lighting driver is mounted in the Surface Mount position.General Purpose is the type of switch owned by it.Ensure reliable operation by setting the temperature to -20°C~85°C TA.The LED driver has a total of 1 outputs.The LED driving board operates with a supply voltage of Not Required.The maximum output voltage of this LED driver is N-Channel volts.Currently, the LED driving board is equipped with Slew Rate Controlled, Status Flag features.3AV is the maximum output of the LED driver.This results in the maximum output current dropping to 3A to meet the operation criteria.Lighting drivers with 82mOhm resistance are used.There is a maximum input voltage of 6V volts.The input voltage minimum is 2.5V volts.Stable operation is possible with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C°C.In order to ensure reliability, it must operate at a minimum temperature of -20°C degrees Celsius.It can handle a voltage of 6VV as its maximum supply voltage.It is possible to use a voltage as low as 2.5V V as a power supply voltage.
