MP20051DN-LF-Z Overview
The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Adjustable. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~125°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. At present, it can produce an output of up to 1A. The regulator has a total of 1 outputs to make sure that it delivers prompt, sufficient outputs. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Depending on the chip, 8 pins may be available. There is a maximum output current of 1A for this regulator to meet the operational requirements. It operates in the 110μA Quiescent Current state. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 125°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -40°C.
