MP1567DQ-LF-Z Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 800kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.6V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V. DC DC switching regulator's 1.2A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 6V. Voltage can be produced at 4.5V volts by voltage regulator. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 900mV. A maximum output current of 1.2A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. On the basis of 4.5V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 4.5V, which is the highest available. An input voltage of 6V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. 85°C allows switching regulator's stable operation at a high limit of maximum operating temperature. Reliability is ensured by operating at -40°C, the DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.6V is supported by the voltage regulator. The DC-DC switching regulator is designed to operate at its maximum input voltage.
