MK60DN256VMC10 Overview
There is a 121-LFBGA package available. The board has 100 I/Os. Using the Mounting Type Surface Mount, the MCU is mounted on PCB. A 32-Bit core is used in order to power the IC chip. The type of memory it uses for its program is FLASH. -40°C~105°C TA is the temperature range at which this Microcontroller operates. Kinetis K60-series components are electrical components.
