MK10DN32VLF5 Description
The Kinetis MCU portfolio consists of many ARM Cortex-M4-based MCU families that are pin-, peripheral-, and software compatible. Families have industry-leading low power and mixed signal analog integration and are constructed using cutting-edge 90 nm thin-film storage (TFS) flash technology with unique FlexMemory (EEPROM) functionality.
The Kinetis MCU portfolio's starting point is the K1x MCU series. Devices range in flash size from 32 KB in a 5x5 mm 32 QFN package with a compact footprint to 1 MB in a 144 MAPBGA chip with a full complement of analog, communication, timing, and control peripherals. Additionally, revolutionary FlexMemory, adaptable low-power capabilities, and pin compatibility assist in resolving many of the significant implementation-related problems.
