MIC5015BM Overview
A packaging method of Bulk is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.There is a maximum value of 85 °C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40 °C.For operation, the supply voltage of 30 V is the maximum value.2.75 V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.The basis for the development of this project is based on 8 terminals.
