For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.Mosfet driver consists of 54 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 54 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 14V volts.There are 54 component pins on the board.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 135°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.With its power supplies of 8/40V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.This IC uses AC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog input.
