MCP9700AT-E/LT Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. It is necessary to have 5 pins for this sensor to function properly. This electronic part contains 6 terminations. If the analog sensors are operating, their current could be 6μA. DC circuits should not exceed 5.5V for the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.3V. It is possible for analog sensors to supply 2.3, 5.5 V voltage when they are operating. To make it work, the sensor can supply a nominal current of 6μA. The pin count is 5. It is generally recommended that the current output of the sensor be 100μA for optimal performance. A temperature of 125 °C can be set for the analog sensors' maximum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this sensor should not be below -40 °C. It is generally recommended that the sensor outputs 500mV voltage.
