MCP14E6-E/MF Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MCP14E6.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.The board has 8 component pins.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.2A is the maximum output current supported by the device.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125 °C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40 °C.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 1.8mA.Using its power supply of 4.5/18 V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.The maximum voltage for operation is 18 V.A supply voltage of 4.5 V is the minimum value required to operate the device.There are several gate drivers in the -- series, including this one.With a 1.8 mA supply voltage, it operates.In order to develop its basis, 8 terminals are used.
