MCP14E10-E/SN Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MCP14E10.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 3A at the output.There is a maximum value of 125 °C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40 °C.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 699mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 1.8mA.Due to its power supplies of 4.5/18 V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.For operation, the supply voltage of 18 V is the maximum value.4.5 V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 18V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.During operation, a voltage of 1.8 mA is applied to the power supply.The operation channel configuration is 2.The basis for the development of this project is based on 8 terminals.
