MCP14A0902-E/SN Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TA.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 18V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.A board with 8 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 9 A.In this case, the voltage is 0.025 V.The gate driver is part of the MCP14A0902 series.The device operates on a voltage of 360 uA as the supply voltage.
