For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~18V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is specifically designed to operate at 18V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory PMIC - Power Management ICs.There are 8 component pins on the board.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 9 A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 0.025 V as voltage.The gate driver belongs to the MCP14A0901 series.The supply voltage is 360 uA.For the development of its basis, 8 terminals are used.
