For greater flexibility, the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~18V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory PMIC - Power Management ICs.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 Output outputs.An output current of 6 A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 0.025 V, 4.475 V as voltage.The gate driver belongs to the -- series.The supply voltage is 330 uA.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 1 channels.Mosfet driver ic is not allowed to exceed 0.6 mA when operating the supply current.For the development of its basis, 8 terminals are used.
