A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.In terms of its basis, there are 1 Output outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 6 A.In this case, the voltage is 0.025 V, 4.475 V.The gate driver is part of the -- series.The device operates on a voltage of 330 uA as the supply voltage.During operation, the supply current may not exceed 0.6 mA.The development of its basis uses 8 terminals.
