MCP14A0455T-E/MS Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.The basis of this system consists of 2 Output outputs.This device supports a current output of 4.5 A at the output.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.During operation, a voltage of 620 uA is applied to the power supply.
