MCP14A0302-E/MS Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TA.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 4.5 to 18V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.A board with 8 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 3000 mA.The gate driver is part of the MCP14A0302 series.The device operates on a voltage of 360 uA as the supply voltage.In order to operate, it is configured with 1 channels.During operation, the supply current may not exceed 0.58 mA.The development of its basis uses 8 terminals.
