MCP14A0301-E/MS Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Specification is for 4.5 to 18V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 3000 mA at the output.Gate drivers of this type are included in the MCP14A0301 series.During operation, a voltage of 360 uA is applied to the power supply.The operation channel configuration is 1.As long as the supply current stays below 0.58 mA, the device will work properly.The basis for the development of this project is based on 8 terminals.
