MCP1404-E/SNVAO Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MCP1404.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.Gate drivers of this type are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.The basis for the development of this project is based on 8 terminals.
