With a packing size of 541-LFBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. CPUs have 2 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~95°C TJ. A i.MX7D series item. A ARM® Cortex®-A7, ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor is present in this CPU. The CPU contains LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of AC'97, CAN, eCSPI, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, QSPI, SAI, UART. 1.8V 3.3V is the CPU's I/O address. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. As a whole, there are 541 terminations. A 1.1V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. There is a 32-Bit architecture in it. A maximum supply current of 1.25V can be achieved by the microprocessor. With a 32 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus.
