MCIMX508CVM8BR2 Overview
Packed in 400-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. It comes from the i.MX50 series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR, LPDDR2, DDR2 RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features 1-Wire, AC'97, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD, SPI, SSI, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.2V 1.875V 2.775V 3.0V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with MCIMX508. There are 400 terminations totally. With a 1.05V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. The supply voltage should not exceed 1.15V. The embedded microprocessor has a clock frequency of 800MHz. You can supply voltage 628mA higher than 628mA to the CPU.
