MCIMX507CVM1B Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 400-LFBGA. The packaging method Tray provides high reliability. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores per bus width on the CPU. The operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA should be understood. This is part of the i.MX50 series. The CPU is powered by a ARM® Cortex®-A8 core. There are LPDDR, LPDDR2, DDR2 RAM controllers on this CPU. This microprocessor features 1-Wire, AC'97, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD, SPI, SSI, UART interfaces to better serve its users. The CPU runs I/O at 1.2V 1.875V 2.775V 3.0V. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT. Using MCIMX507 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. To date, there have been 400 terminations. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.275V. A maximum supply current of 1.35V is available. There is a clock frequency of 1000MHz on the microprocessor. CPU voltages cannot exceed 1000mA.
