MCIMX507CVK8BR2 Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 416-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. The i.MX50 series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR, LPDDR2, DDR2 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has 1-Wire, AC'97, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD, SPI, SSI, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.2V 1.875V 2.775V 3.0V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with MCIMX507. Total terminations are 416. In the case of a 1.05V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. The maximum supply current is 1.15V. 800MHz is the clock frequency of the embedded microprocessor. The CPU can only be supplied with voltage up to 628mA.
