MC9S08AC16CFDE Description


The low-cost, high-performance HCS08 Family of 8-bit microcontroller units includes the MC9S08AC16 Series devices (MCUs). The upgraded HCS08 core is used by all MCUs in the series, which also come in a range of module options, memory sizes, memory kinds, and package options.
