MC68302RC16C Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in 132-BPGA Exposed Pad. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 8/16-Bit. Recognize operating temperatures around 0°C~70°C TA. The cpu microprocessor belongs to the M683xx series. The CPU is cored with a M68000 processor. The CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor features interfaces GCI, IDL, ISDN, NMSI, PCM, SCPI. In this CPU, I/O is set to 5.0V. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN. In total, there are 132 terminations. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. It can supply a maximum current of 5.5V. 16 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 132 pins. 16MHz is the microprocessor's clock frequency. 4 serial I/Os are configured to communicate between peripherals.
