MC33883HEGR2 Overview
For greater flexibility, the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 4 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 5.5V~28V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 20 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number MC33883.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There can be a voltage up to 55V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide ALSO REQUIRED 5.5V TO 28V using unique technologies.
