MC33883DW Overview
For greater flexibility, the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 4 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 5.5V~28V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number MC33883.There can be a voltage up to 55V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
