MC33395DWBR2 Overview
For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 6 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 32 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.There are 32 component pins on the board.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 150°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 24V volts.
