For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 6.5V~18V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number MC33151.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.1.5A is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.An output current of 1.5A is supported.560mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V volts.
