MC33151PG Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.Tube represents the package.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 6.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MC33151.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.The board has 8 component pins.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.1.5A is the maximum output current supported by the device.Having the maximum power dissipation of 1W indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.11.2V is the output voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V.
