MC100EL16DG Overview
As a packaging method, Tube is used.The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains it.To ensure normal operation of the device, 4.2V~5.7V is supplied.A Surface Mount mounting method is used for mounting electronic parts.The operating temperature is set to -40°C~85°C.There are a number of similarities among the electronic parts of the 100EL series.Based on its base part number 100EL16, related parts can be found.All component pins add up to 8.The 8 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line.The way of Surface Mount is used to mount it.In its construction, there are 8 pins.By keeping the minimum supply voltage at 4.2V, normal use can be maintained.The maximum supply voltage can be kept at 5.7V for normal use.Maintaining the power supply of +-5V is necessary for convenient operation.In NECL MODE: VCC=0 VEE=-4.2 TO -5.7, it provides high performance.The configuration of this device shows 1 receivers.During operation, 50mA is provided as the output current.
