MC100E104FNG Overview
A 28-LCC (J-Lead) package is included. It is included in this package that the Tube package is also available. A version of Surface Mount is also available. Differential output is fully functional. This type of communication is based on AND/NAND Gate logic. The operating temperature at -40°C~85°C has been extended. It contains inputs which are referred to as 10 Input (2, 2, 2, 2, 2) inputs. The 100E series includes this, so it belongs there. 4.2V~5.7V power supply is used to power it. In addition, the part is terminated with 28 terminals. Check out 100E104 to see more similar parts. There is a 28-pin join between the pins. Devices are designed as Surface Mount devices for ease of installation and disassembly. In this case, the logic gate is implemented as a 28-solution. Normally, the part needs a voltage of 5V. There is a current of 38mA through the device in quiescent state. The device requires 4.2V or higher voltage to operate. As part of the compact package, 5 gates are included.
