MAX797MJE Overview
There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the CDIP package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. With its peak reflow temperature of 245, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 15V as the nominal input voltage. Voltage can be produced at 5V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 16 pins. A maximum output current of 10A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. An input voltage of 30V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. 125°C allows switching regulator's stable operation at a high limit of maximum operating temperature. Reliability is ensured by operating at -55°C, the DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 5V is supported by the voltage regulator. The DC-DC switching regulator is designed to operate at its maximum input voltage. 16 pins are included in this voltage regulator dc to dc. When DC DC switching regulator's switching frequency is increased to 340kHz, reliability can be improved. There is normally a 10A output current of DC DC switching regulator.
