MAX747CSD+ Overview
Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4V~15V. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 100kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
