MAX6331SUR+T Overview
Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 3.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1.3% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT.In order to determine the output voltage 3V, test statistics are used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 3.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Searching for "MAX6331" will yield other relevant parts.It can be used by applications with 50mA inputs.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.The cathode current should be 60μA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.
