MAX6325CSA+T Overview
Uses the handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series, Buried Zener signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 8.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.04% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 2.5V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 8.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Part 8 has its pins 8 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.Searching for "MAX6325" will yield other relevant parts.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 15mA in this case.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.The maximum input voltage for this part is 40V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.For it to be powered, a voltage of 8V must be provided.In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 8V~36V volts.At idle, the part uses 2.7mA.There is a supply current called 3mA that is used to operate the voltage reference ic.
