MAX628CPA+ Overview
The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package provides greater flexibility.Tube is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.WGate driversh a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX628.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 2A.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.The output current can be set to 2A.Using 500mW as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 8mA.In this case, it outputs 25V voltage.
