MAX6250BCPA Overview
An easy-to-use 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.The handy Series, Buried Zener package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 245.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "MAX6250".For applications with 15mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.A voltage of 10V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 8V at a minimum.An input voltage of 8V~36V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 3.3mA is used.In order to operate it, 3.3mA is the supply current.
