For greater flexibility, its 18-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~16.5V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~70°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 18 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MAX620.At the time of design, it is configured with 18 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 18 component pins.
