MAX6175BASA+ Overview


The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tube external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±0.1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "MAX6175".It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 30mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 5.003V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 5V lower than 5V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 40V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.It requires a 15V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 7V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 7V~40V voltage input.It runs on 700μA supply current.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?
