MAX6143BASA10+ Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 10V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.MAX6143 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 30mA.10V voltage lower than 10V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 42V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 12V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 12V~40V voltage input.Current supply is 700μA.
