48-WFQFN Exposed Pad is the way it is packaged.10 Bits were used to design this electronic part.The Tray package contains it.In 48 terminations, the transmission line is terminated with a device that matches its characteristic impedance.The supply/analog voltage of this electrical device is 2.7V~3.3V, which converts alternative voltage (AC voltage) into regulated direct voltage (DC voltage) to drive a load with regulated DC power.Electrical device 2.7V~3.3V has a 2.7V~3.3V supply voltage/digital voltage.It is possible to identify its related parts based on its base part number.3V should be the supply voltage.There are 48 pins on it.This electrical device has a power rating of 2.1W Watts.Keeping the operating temperature below 85°C is recommended.It uses a RF AND BASEBAND CIRCUIT-based telecom IC.
