The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz~2.45GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 144-LFBGA, FCCSPBGA package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 144 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.
