MAX5062CASA+ Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 8V~12.6V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MAX5062.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.The board has 8 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 125V.Having the maximum power dissipation of 1.5385W indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 3mA.
